This operation is based in the US, so the employee will be required to work in the Eastern Time Zone(EST) i.e., from 5pm to 1.30am IST. Excellent verbal and written English skills are a necessity.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Compliance Team supporting transportation mobility systems in the United States. This position will focus on administrative compliance, document management, and support for DOT-regulated drug and alcohol testing programs for our driver workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, excellent organizational capabilities, transportation administrative experience, mobility industry knowledge, passenger carrying or package delivery background and the ability to work independently while navigating regulatory requirements.
Role & Responsibilities:
Drug & Alcohol Compliance Support
- Send training emails and compliance tips to US Operations Managers and Supervisors.
- Maintain and audit driver drug/alcohol testing pools and categories.
- Coordinate and track quarterly random test assignments and results.
- Follow up with operations for missing drug/alcohol tests and upcoming deadlines.
- Liaise with clinics,third-party administrators (TPAs), and Medical Review Officers (MROs) for corrections, clarifications, or coordination.
- Digitally file all drug/alcohol tests (pre-employment, random, suspicion-based, etc.) in Airtable.
- Support compliance paperwork for any positive test results and ensure audit-readiness.
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Perform quarterly driver status checks across systems (e.g., NSC, Airtable).
- File incoming driver and vehicle documents to designated systems (Airtable, T-Drive).
- Update document expiry dates and manage compliance trackers.
- Handle external employment verifications for DOT compliance.
- Order compliance supplies (training manuals, test kits, etc.) for offices.
- Assist in monthly MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) pull and roster reviews.
- Note-taking for internal Zoom/Teams/Field calls and cross-functional communication.
- Track compliance gaps and coordinate follow-ups with US Operations Managers.
- Support finance-related tasks like invoice creation for last mile services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English to interpret US regulatory materials.
- Advance Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based file systems (Google Drive, Airtable, etc.).
- Able to identify critical details in documents (names, ID numbers, license data).
- Organized,self-motivated, and capable of asking questions and learning new tools.
- Preferred: Experience in transportation/logistics sector or administrative experience with systems like Amazon Relay or similar.
- Comfortable working across time zones and handling sensitive compliance data.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of experience with transportation platforms or large-scale mobility programs.
- Familiarity with drug & alcohol testing regulations in the US (DOT compliance) is a plus.
- Previous remote support experience for US-based operations is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft office, excel, word, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
