The Administrative & Communications Assistant provides proactive administrative support to the Program Manager and Families Rising Minnesota staff by assisting with day-to-day operations, communications, event logistics, and office administration. This position helps ensure statewide programs and events run smoothly by providing administrative support for scheduling, communications, data entry, registration, reporting, and organizational systems while ensuring a positive and responsive experience for caregivers, professionals, partners, and community members.
The Administrative & Communications Assistant provides logistical, communications, and administrative support that helps staff successfully deliver statewide programs and services. The position does not supervise staff or manage programs, but plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of Families Rising Minnesota. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. They demonstrate initiative, exercise sound judgment, provide excellent customer service, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative remote statewide team.

Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support trainings, conferences, and special events.
