MNsure is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Team and Board of Directors in St. Paul. You will manage calendars, prepare materials, and coordinate meetings and events.
The role requires discretion, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Telework eligibility is available; in-office presence may be required based on assignments.

This position is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota (or a bordering state within 50 miles of the office location). Employees living within 50 miles of the office location listed above may be required to work in the office at least 50% of the time each month. For those who live more than 50 miles away, with supervisory approval and satisfactory job performance are eligible to telework up to 100% of the time.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, scheduling, communication, and organizational support to the MNsure Executive Team. This role serves as a key liaison between MNsure leadership and internal/external partners, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and effective coordination across the agency.
The position requires advanced administrative expertise, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent also supports MNsure’s Board of Directors by preparing materials, attending meetings, and taking accurate minutes.
