Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a detail-oriented healthcare administrative associate to support the Krieger Eye Institute. You will handle patient scheduling, coordinate with providers, and respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

You will contribute to a team focused on compassionate patient care, accurate record-keeping, and efficient communication across Sinai Hospital services within the LifeBridge Health system.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of customer service and administrative support to patients and providers.
• Manages appointments, surgical postings, clinical emergencies and general operational inquiries.
• Promotes department services to patients and referring providers within the system and community.

Key Responsibilities

Associate operates a high level of customer service, providing the continuum of administrative support to patients and providers within the department. This individual is skilled at proactively responding to patients and providers for appointments, surgical postings, clinical emergencies and general operational needs and questions. In addition to providing exemplary service, the associate will promote the department and all services to patients, referring providers within the system and community.

Requirements

• Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of healthcare administrative experience

Pay Range: $17.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
