Responsibilities
  1. Maintain thorough knowledge of all company and departmental policies, practices, procedures, programs, and services to act as a resource for employees.
  2. Conduct regular team meetings to improve skills, share best practices, and deliver key communications.
  3. Conduct coaching and call monitoring to ensure compliance with company strategies.
  4. Work with other supervisors to ensure reliability and teamwork.
  5. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  6. Achieve HR objectives by interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating expectations; monitoring and reviewing performance.
  7. Oversee training of administrative duties within the region.
  8. Attend meetings and communicate relevant information to teams.
  9. Determine future staffing needs.
  10. Ensure procedures are followed within service centers.
  11. Perform additional duties as needed.
  12. Create and conduct bi-monthly administrative training courses.
  13. Oversee reporting within service centers.
  14. Track and update regional data as requested.
  15. Develop and organize competitions/contests for the administrative team.
  16. Observe administrative team performance.

Qualifications

What’s required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience in a call center environment
  • At least 2 years leading a remote team
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
  • This position is onsite; it is not remote.

What you’ll need

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfort working in a high-volume role
  • Basic computer skills in various software/web applications
