(Lincoln County), which is a 242-bed minimum custody facility and employs approximately 61 staff.This position will primarily be the secretary to the Warden and perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and office support duties. Key Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:• Operate the switchboard; Greet, direct, and assist visitors, staff, and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner.• Record and prepare accurate minutes for weekly and monthly meetings.• Provide backup support for Trust Fund and Accounting functions as needed.• Compile, organize, update, and maintain departmental files and records.• Composition of memos and letters.• Processing Offender Mail• Operate standard office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Grade Range: $31,200.00 - $51,249.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
