Mountain View is a medium custody male facility that houses approximately 908 offenders. We offer a variety of educational classes and programs to promote offender rehabilitation.This position will serve as the secretary for Programs and performs of a variety of administrative, clerical, and office support duties. This position reports to The Correctional Programs Director.Key Duties include:• Communicate effectively and professionally with offenders, staff, and members of the general public.• Operate office equipment, computer systems, software applications, and other technology necessary to perform daily job duties.• Organize and prioritize workload to meet established deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.• Implement, update, and maintain accurate and organized filing systems.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Grade Range: $31,200.00 - $51,249.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
