University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking an Administrative Associate to provide essential support for the Interdisciplinary Studies Program. The role handles general office tasks, purchasing, travel arrangements, budget monitoring, and course scheduling in Banner, with responsibilities extending to communications and coordination within the IDS program.
The position is part-time (0.5 FTE), located at the Main UNCW Campus in Wilmington, NC, with a 12-month schedule and regular weekday

The salary range advertised is the designated recruitment range for this classification. Final salary offers will be determined by the candidate’s education, relevant experience, internal equity alignment, and departmental budgetary parameters.
