Job description

Admin – Warehouse

Work hours Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, must be available for either

$19.00/hour to start

Responsibilities:

• Assist webstore lead with daily operations
• Be the liaison between departments
• Work within Oracle to process, pick, pack and ship all orders daily
• Resolve order issues with IT as necessary
• Perform inventory transactions to place items in the correct locations based on predefined directives.
• Analyze and report on orders handled, employee productivity and problem resolutions.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Oracle experience helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good time and project management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to successfully pass post-offer background check
