Position: Logistics Operator (Freight forwarding)

General Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle international and domestic freight forwarding operations (air, ocean, inland)
• Oversee import/export documentation and customs clearance
• Coordinate with warehouses for cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Arrange and track transportation schedules with carriers
• Prepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list)
• Handle billing processes, including invoicing and vendor invoice verification
• Monitor and analyze job profit and loss to meet margin targets
• Conduct settlement processes and timely shipment closures
• Maintain accurate records in TMS/ERP systems
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management
• Support problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred
• Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs, and warehouse/transportation coordination
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized, capable of handling high-pressure environments
