About the role

  • Westwin Elements is seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across various teams. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
  • Assist with booking travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Run occasional errands, such as coffee runs, to support office needs.
  • Coordinate large meal orders for corporate lunches and small company events.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
