Location:

Position will be located at the South Campus: 5200 E. I-240 Service Road, OKC, OK 73135. (SMOB Clinic.)

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Nurse Director, Clinic Director or Physician, assist with daily clinic patient care such as patient flow, taking patients' history and vitals, assisting with diagnostic testing, maintenance of medical supplies, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensure/Certification: BLS certification required within 18 months of hire. Newly hired team members with a minimum of one (1) year of Medical Assistant experience or graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program will be required to complete within 90 days of hire. If a new team member is hired with no Medical Assistant experience, they will have to obtain the certification within 90 days after gaining the required Medical Assistant experience.
  • Experience: Six (6) months to one (1) year of continuous experience in a clinic setting preferred.
