We are seeking a Receptionist / Front Office Admin to be the welcoming face of System Technology, Inc. and support key business functions across the company. This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support for HR, accounting, and executive leadership.

At System Technology, Inc., we’re a team of 30+ employees in the automation manufacturing industry. We value a collaborative work culture and are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys multitasking and maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer calls professionally
  • Organize front office, reception, and kitchen areas
  • Prepare for customer visits and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with company events and employee functions
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Support HR, Accounting, and Executive Management with administrative tasks
  • Handle general office duties and special projects
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office or administrative support role
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Discretion and trustworthiness handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent typing and organizational skills
  • Experience with travel arrangements
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
