Sereal+, a COL short drama platform, has expanded into over 100 countries and regions, gaining significant international traction. In our Los Angeles office, the Content team of Sereal+ works closely with local studios and talent to create high-quality original short dramas. We are now seeking a self-driven and dedicated talent to join our Los Angeles office as the Administrative Assistant / Production Associate to support our rapid growth in the US Market.
In this role, you will work with our producers and play a crucial part in our production process, to support the logistic perspective of the production process. You will also work directly with the local leadership team to provide general adminstration support to the office, including office policy implementation, procurement, and inventory management. This position requires great attention to details, multitasking ability, and execellent communication skills to work with international partners from different locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the short drama production team, including contract management, procurement and payment, expense tracking, and other losgitic needs.
2. Manage both production and office inventory, ensuring accurate records and implementing effective inventory control measures.
3. Work closely with international partners, including but not limited to the Finance team, the Legal team, and the Admin team in other locations, to ensure compliance and consistency
4. Work with the local leadership team to provide general office adminstrative support to the team, including but not limited to office supplies management, events organization, and team buildings.
5. Handle various administrative duties to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree required, (a degree in Film Production, Business Administration, or Accounting a plus)
2. Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin required
3. Strong attention to details
4. Excellent communication and organization skills
5. Excellent problem-solving ability, especially the ability to look for systematic solutions for operational excellence
6. Ability to fit into a face-paced start-up environment and work with international partners from different locations and time zones
7. Eagerness to learn and grow within the team
