Description
To support Pharmacy Operations under the direction of Pharmacy Management, including e-time, scheduling, payroll, and Human Resources issues. Provide clerical support such as bookkeeping, accounting, typing, and billing for the materials management and purchasing components of the pharmacy department. Make Customer Service a priority by treating customers (patients, visitors, and co-workers) professionally with courtesy and tact. Communicate effectively with patients and others about SBH services within your area of responsibility, ensuring concerns or questions are directed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
