Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company in North Branch, MN is seeking an Administrative Assistant to keep the office humming. This entry-level, full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at 40790 Fletcher Ave, North Branch, MN 55056.

You’ll support customers and teammates, handle data entry, reconcile deposits, process A/P and A/R, manage files, and keep supplies stocked. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Clear customer-service communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with multi-line phones and standard office equipment.
• Basic accounting knowledge and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

As the Administrative Assistant – North Branch, you’ll keep our North Branch office humming—supporting customers and teammates while safeguarding accuracy, cash handling, and smooth admin flow. This entry-level, full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at 40790 Fletcher Ave, North Branch, MN 55056, paying $19.00–$20.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities
