Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Southfield, MI, offering a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days in the office. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include supporting executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling confidential material.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience including support of executive staff.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, particularly the abilities to continually anticipate emerging issues, and to plan for success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working in corporate setting preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Concur or alternate travel and expense systems preferred.
  • Experience with organizing meetings, managing multiple calendars preferred.
  • Related computer software and electronic communications tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with tact and diplomacy in a complex, dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies.
  • Must be detail oriented and an excellent time manager.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a relatively unstructured environment, to prioritize and multi-task on competing projects and to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

  • Help manage office supply inventory and organize spaces.
  • Assist with onsite meetings, events and employee engagement activities.
  • Welcome and support visitors to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Contribute ideas to improve office processes and overall workplace experience.

Administrative Assistant

Location: Southfield, MI, Hybrid, 3 to 4 days per week in office subject to change in the future.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high‑priority requests under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking, detail‑oriented planner who responds efficiently while staying flexible and composed. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, anticipate needs, and drive improvements that increase leadership capacity. They must handle confidential information with integrity and interact professionally with executives. The ideal candidate can manage complex tasks with minimal guidance, act quickly in urgent situations, and take initiative without full context. Success requires strong teamwork and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.

A Successful Administrative Assistant Will
  • Provide administrative support to executives and leaders.

  • Contribute ideas to improve office processes and overall workplace experience.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only)
  • S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $44,118 to $69,785. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
  • In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
