Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV to provide administrative support for Assistant State’s Attorneys assigned to the Bridgeview Courthouse. The role is full-time, located at Bridgeview Courthouse, with a 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and a $60,147 annual salary.
Primary duties include handling mail, subpoenas, discovery input via Axon, document proofreading, and answering public inquiries. Knowledge of MS Word is required and typing speed is a plus.

Light Work: The position requires the ability to stand or walk frequently, often for extended periods. The job may also involve a significant amount of walking or standing relative to sedentary roles.
