Location: Remote, with travel to in-person meetings as needed. Must reside within Region 8 counties, including Bexar, Kerr, Bandera, Gillespie, Kendall, Comal, Guadalupe, Frio, La Salle, Atascosa, Wilson, Karnes, Victoria, De Witt, Lavaca, Calhoun, Jackson, Val Verde, Edwards, Real, Kinney, Uvalde, Medina, Maverick, Zavala, and Dimmit County.
This position provides administrative support for the Intake and Placement Department, interacting with all SJRC/Belong departments, community partners, and Texas Department of Family Protective Services. It is primarily remote but requires travel for meetings.
Required: Associates degree in business management or related field; 2 years of administrative experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of CareMatch, IMPACT, TPG; excellent communication skills; valid Texas driver’s license and transportation.
Supervised by: Unit Supervisor. No direct reports.
This is an entry-level, full-time administrative role within the Support Services industry.
