The Administrative Assistant III for Partners for Advancing Health Equity (P4HE) provides administrative support for the operations of a large-scale national collaborative. P4HE coordinates events across the nation, including retreats, trainings, and conferences. The Administrative Assistant III assists with calendar management, communications, and expense tracking while collaborating with the P4HE team, external vendors, key administrators, and other offices at Tulane.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, excellent organizational skills, strong written communication and grammar skills, proficiency with spreadsheets, and experience working in an academic environment.
Selected candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check as a condition of employment. The background investigation will be conducted after a conditional offer has been extended.
