Qualifications

  • Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience coordinating planning and events is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and clerical tasks for management and staff.
  • Assist with daily office operations and workflow within the division.
  • Handle registration issues, including overrides and travel arrangements for students.
  • Process Faculty Course Evaluations and maintain the graduate database and enrollment reports.
  • Manage calendars (Google Calendar and 25Live) and schedule classes, conferences, and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate facility work orders via AiM.
  • Support event planning, scheduling, data collection, and coordination for meetings and luncheons.
