University of Texas at Tyler is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide office management and first-line customer service for the Housing & Residence Life office. You will handle multiple emails, scheduling, and document preparation while coordinating meetings and events.
You will support Assistant Directors and the Executive Director with reports and confidential information, using various university systems and processes to ensure housing operations run smoothly.

The Administrative Assistant II will provide office management including but not limited to: provide quality customer service, address correspondence of multiple email addresses; complete scheduling for multiple professionals via multiple software systems. This position will provide support to the Assistant Directors and Executive Director in the Housing & Residence Life office. The position will create and/or maintain associated documents and databases, arrange/coordinate meetings, special events and updates supervisor(s) of critical issues/events. This position will provide detailed responses to requests for information, and reports.

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
