The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, the Administrative Assistant II performs intermediate level administrative support for Product Central. Our Product Central Department houses samples of the products to be presented on air and online. QVC is currently seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact
Receiving and independently responding to correspondence from a variety of sources (internal and external). Uses independent judgment in the coordination and scheduling of meeting and/or events as well as coordinating travel arrangements.
Independently performs administrative support in a variety of circumstances to individuals and/or a department(s).
Reviews and edits documents.
Time may be split between either general administrative support or departmental project/program administration.
Typically communicates with individuals inside and outside of department, and may communicate regularly with individuals outside of the organization. May engage in moderately complex communications that are often diversified in nature and require confidentiality.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Solid working knowledge of word processing, presentation, meeting scheduling, email management, and spreadsheet software.
Remote work is not permitted from NYC at this time.
