Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant II

Pay Range: 25-28/hr

What's the Job?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department or individual.
  • Manage scheduling, calendaring, and coordination of meetings and conferences.
  • Handle record keeping, filing, and sorting/distributing mail efficiently.
  • Assist with special projects by recording, compiling, and analyzing information.
  • Mentor and train other office staff while managing confidential data.

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service experience.
