Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Administrative Assistant I in McDonough, GA. The role supports the office supervisor with payroll, SAP and Blue Yonder WMS, and inventory reconciliation.

The position offers a 8:00am-4:00pm schedule, with a pay of $50,500 per year, plus incentives and full benefits. The ideal candidate will have Kronos, Oracle HRMS and payroll experience, strong verbal and email communication skills, and scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years using MS Excel, MS Word and an email system.
• Three years related experience, preferred.
• Two years experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable.
• Support office supervisor with payroll, SAP and Blue Yonder WMS, inventory reconciliation.
• Assist General Manager with month-end close and routine administrative duties.
• Prepare confidential reports and manage filing and calendars.
