Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides secretarial and clerical support to the unit and serves as a liaison between the program, administrative operation and clients.
  • Proofreads and edits documents for content, context, accuracy and consistency; handles letters, memoranda and reports.
  • Prepares paperwork, sign-in sheets, classroom materials for instructors.
  • Maintains classroom supplies, distributes books and uses software to produce documents and visuals.
  • Manages attendance records, inventory, databases and reports for instructional enhancements.
  • Maintains filing and record-keeping systems and conducts research to generate reports.
  • Conducts new student orientations and proctors assessments; complies with development requirements.
  • Direct contact with students as part of duties.
