Job summary

Athens Technical College is seeking a College Receptionist to join the campus team. You will answer a multi-line telephone console, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.

You will maintain FERPA confidentiality, record messages accurately, and ensure timely communication of information to students and employees.

The preferred qualifications include a diploma in Business Administrative Technology, BANNER experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administrative Technology or related field.
  • BANNER experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with a multi-line telephone and the ability to multi-task.
