Key Responsibilities
  • Train other staff.

  • Initiate correspondence requiring knowledge of agency or program procedures.

  • Maintain a high degree of discretion, integrity, and sensitivity to confidentiality and privacy.
  • Work effectively in a team, building strong relationships at all levels of staff and collaborating, communicating, respecting, and assisting peers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Four years of technical clerical office work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements
  • Willingness to fulfill any job‑related travel normally associated with this position.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license for operating state‑owned vehicles.
  • Pass OSBI and FBI background checks.
  • Periodic 12‑month trial period.
  • Position is safety sensitive as defined by 63 O.S. § 427.8.

  • Annual salary: $34,054.
