Ross Stores is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general support to Group Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents. The role involves organizing routine departmental activities, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information.

Provides general administrative support to Group Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents as required. Ensures all day‑to‑day activities are resolved by maintaining ongoing communication, organizing routine departmental activities, and handling special projects.
The base pay range for this role is $25.82 – $54.64. The compensation is dependent on experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, and location. Other rewards vary by position and location.
This position requires working in an office environment, including using a computer and attending meetings. Regular attendance is required. The role may involve in‑office and remote work as necessary.
