Responsibilities include receptionist duties, heavy phone activity, and acting as a patient/family advocate and Public Relations representative while maintaining an organized, professional front desk and supporting multiple departments with accuracy and discretion.

Administrative functions include:
Scheduling meetings, coordinates programs, data management, receiving and distirubing of
incoming faxes, scanning, composing, typing, organizing, maintaining and distributing
documents and incoming/outgoing correspondence for Directors, handling confidential
personnel and financial documents, assists Directors with daily operational functions.
General secretarial functions include: Composing, typing, photocopying, scanning and
distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondences and maintaining various
files/forms/documents as necessary.
Receptionist functions include:
Heavy telephone correspondence (which requires that individual serve as a patient/family
advocate, staff advocate, and Public Relations representative for the institution),
interpersonal communication with staff, potential employees, and visitors/ guests, and
maintains a positive and functional reception area.
4-6 years office experience preferred.
High School required. Associates Degree preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills. Typing skills 45-50 wpm. Ability to work independently.
