Responsibilities

  • Assist staff with administrative tasks and research related to corporate responsibility.
  • Perform clerical tasks: database management, filing, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, contact records, and tracking systems.
  • Maintain electronic filing and ensure accurate record retention.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, calls, and video conferences; prepare agendas.
  • Format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support supervisor or President with additional duties.
