About The Role

F&F Properties is seeking a motivated entry-level Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our Property Operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to real estate, property management, leasing, and operations while working closely with experienced professionals.

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. We’re looking for someone with strong comprehension skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow — not someone who already "knows it all."

This is a fast‑paced, in‑office role that requires initiative, follow‑through, and pride in doing things the right way.

Our Culture & Core Values
  • 3D Customer Focus - Investors, Residents, and Fellow Employees. Do the right thing, plus one
  • Fueled by Results - Take ownership. Be solutions‑oriented. Strive for best‑in‑class
  • Urgent Attention to Consistency & Detail - Accuracy matters. Do it right the first time
  • Do the Necessary When Necessary - We value balance, but we step up when it counts
  • Communicate with Purpose - Be clear, thoughtful, and intentional in all communication
What You’ll Learn & Support

Working under the supervision of a Senior Property Manager, you’ll support leasing agents, managers, and residents while learning all aspects of property operations. This position works 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime, and requires after‑hours availability in certain situations.

Leasing & Administrative Support
  • Help process rental applications and deposits in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
  • Prepare leases, move‑in documents, and ensure all required paperwork is complete
  • Upload and organize documents in management software and internal systems
  • Support move‑in and move‑out processes
Resident Relations
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for resident questions and requests
  • Assist with resident communications, notices, and documentation
  • Help ensure properties remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained
  • Escalate issues to management as needed and follow up for resolution
Operations Exposure
  • Learn rent collection processes and proper documentation
  • Assist with inspections, notices, renewals, and record auditing
  • Help track work orders, proposals, and property‑related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in company systems

No prior property management or administrative experience is required — we will train the right person.

Why Join F&F?
  • Hands‑on learning in real estate and property management
  • Direct mentorship from experienced professionals
  • Clear opportunity for growth and advancement
  • Supportive, high‑accountability team environment
  • A company that values integrity, effort, and doing things right
