Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support the Ambulatory Administration Department. The role emphasizes meeting scheduling, preparation, and other general administrative duties.

Ideal candidates will have experience with the MS Office Suite; this onsite, Monday–Friday position offers 8-hour shifts between 7a and 5p.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • No prior experience required for this role.
  • MS Office experience is preferred.

  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.

Additional Information About the Role

Barnes-Jewish Hospital has an opportunity for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to support leaders in the Ambulatory Administration Dept.

Responsibilities will include meeting scheduling/preparation and other administrative duties.

Ideal candidates will have experience with the MS Office Suite.

Monday-Friday, onsite position.

Shift: 8 hours between 7a-5p.

The Department of Ambulatory Services at Barnes-Jewish Hospital consists of the multidisciplinary staff of BJH Ambulatory Services including responsibility for the GI Labs, Minor Procedure Center, Pain Management Center, Diabetes Center, Resident Clinics, Wound/Ostomy Center and other services as assigned. This department assures that all customers receive the highest level of attention and prompt, courteous service.
