Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent plus six months of related work experience.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience supporting payroll, scheduling, or academic operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify and submit bi-weekly payroll for faculty and staff.
  • Track faculty load sheets, adjunct contracts, and timesheets.
  • Assist with building semester course schedules and room assignments in Banner.
  • Coordinate schedule changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop systems to improve workflow and documentation across the division.
  • Provide first-point contact for students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Maintain databases related to student records and schedules.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
