Dixon Correctional Institute is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide professional clerical and administrative support within a fast-paced correctional environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to supporting the facility’s mission of safety, security, and rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining records and reports, coordinating daily office operations, assisting staff and visitors, managing correspondence, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Strong communication skills, proficiency with standard office software, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups are essential.
