Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in semiconductor equipment and one of the major technology companies driving the infrastructure behind today’s AI revolution.
The company develops advanced equipment that enables semiconductor manufacturers to produce the chips powering everything from artificial intelligence and high-performance computing to everyday technology. With more than 17,000 employees globally and billions of dollars invested in R&D, this is an organization where innovation, collaboration, and career development are at the center of the business.
Working here means joining an environment where professionals collaborate across functions and regions, with opportunities to build relationships with senior leadership and grow within a highly sophisticated global organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, proactive, and socially confident Administrative Assistant to support at least one Corporate Vice President and a small group of Director-level executives.
This is much more than a traditional administrative role. You will be a key partner to senior leaders, helping keep their schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day priorities running smoothly.
You should be someone who naturally thinks:
"I'm not sure yet, but I'll find out and make it happen."
If you enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities, working with senior executives, and staying calm when plans suddenly change, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience supporting executives in a high-tech, semiconductor, engineering, manufacturing, or similarly complex corporate environment is strongly preferred.
Proactive. You anticipate what executives will need before they ask.
Calm under pressure. When an international flight changes at the last minute or a customer meeting suddenly moves, you don't panic—you find a solution.
Highly organized. You can manage multiple calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities simultaneously.
Socially confident. You enjoy building relationships with executives, colleagues, IT, facilities, security, catering, and other administrative professionals.
Adaptable. Priorities can change quickly, and you're comfortable moving from one project to another with little or no notice.
Solution-oriented. You don't stop at identifying a problem. You figure out how to solve it.
Please read this carefully before applying.
Candidates who are pre-screened and selected to move forward after the initial phone screening will be required to attend an in-person Meetup in Tualatin, Oregon before being considered for an interview with the Hiring Manager.
The Meetup:
If you are unable to attend the in-person Meetup in Tualatin, you will not be able to continue in the selection process.
Please consider this requirement before applying.
This is an opportunity to put your administrative expertise to work inside a global technology organization at the center of the semiconductor industry. If you're an experienced Administrative Assistant who loves organization, people, problem-solving, and making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
