Job summary

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child and Family Services Division, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to provide clerical and administrative support to social workers involved with foster care, investigations and licensing.

The role covers typing, updating records, and assisting staff with demographic data; the position may offer partial telework and a full-time schedule in Wolf Point, MT.

Qualifications

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Child and Family Services Division.

This position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support services to Child and Family Services social workers regarding foster care, investigative and licensing functions.

Additional Information

This position may be eligible for partial telework within the state of Montana. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state policy.

Salary: $ 23.05-23.05Hourly

Telework Eligibility: Telework Eligible (Full‑time telework is not available. Telework schedule must be supervisor approved.)
