The administrative assistant for Nursing Administration provides clerical support to the nursing managers of 2 East, 2 South, and ICU. Duties include, but are not limited to, nursing-related clerical tasks, audits, environmental rounds, maintenance of logs, managing work orders, maintaining unit downtime procedures, and serving as a backup for the Patient Care Tech role during times of need. May handle special projects as assigned. The role requires exercising initiative, independent judgment, attention to detail, and courteous customer service.
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
