Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG in Wooster, Ohio is seeking an administrative professional to provide day-to-day support to plant leadership and teams. You will handle onboarding, travel booking, calendar management, and coordination with vendors for office needs.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to plant leadership and team members
Support employee onboarding activities and administrative processes as needed
Order, track, and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other plant-related materials
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office and administrative needs
Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, employee events, town hall meetings and leadership meetings
Support execution of employee engagement and recognition events
Organize logistics for customer visits, including meeting schedules, catering, travel arrangements, and facility preparations
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation content
Assist with tracking plant metrics, performance indicators, and administrative records
External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship
Education:
Experience:
Previous administrative, office management, executive assistant, or manufacturing support experience preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
