We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at Goodwill Central Oklahoma. Duties include supporting managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing administrative activities. Responsibilities involve making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in tools like MS Excel and office equipment. Previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity with our industry are preferred. The role ensures the efficient operation of our office.
Compensation: $49,906 - $78,950 yearly
