About The Role

Decile Group is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support our growing team by managing hiring operations, employee engagement, and HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience across all facets of HR within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment focused on venture capital innovation. The role offers remote flexibility but requires candidates to be based in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to identify hiring needs
• Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Coordinate with external recruiters as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
• Promote company culture and organize team-building activities
• Assist with payroll management and timely payments
• Help manage benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Track compensation benchmarks to maintain market competitiveness
• Support performance review and feedback processes rollout
• Assist managers with professional development and goal tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Maintain employee records with strict confidentiality
• Coordinate employee training and leadership development programs
• Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making
• Manage HR software tools for payroll, performance, and recruitment
• Administer and communicate stock option plans, including vesting and equity coordination
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in startups
• Strong familiarity with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with tools like Rippling and Pulley
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial startup environment
