Administrative Assistant (Remote) - Contract

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Business Strategies Initiatives team during a workload surge. This remote position offers potential for extension based on project timelines.

This role is ideal for a skilled admin professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A single interview will be conducted before an offer is made—so act quickly!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creates and processes orders for supplies and equipment
  • Establishes and improves workflow processes
  • Coordinates communications, tracks inquiries and projects, and meets deadlines
  • Prepares business reports and communicates insights
  • Coordinates internal events, conferences, and trainings
  • Arranges travel, tracks expenses, and reconciles budgets
  • Serves as the point of contact for internal and external parties
  • Maintains knowledge of company policies and ensures compliance
  • Handles confidential information appropriately
  • Performs other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting multiple managers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and travel/expense software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible team player across departments
