The Administrative Assistant will support two or more members of our leadership team including wide variety of work to include: managing daily calendars, making travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries across groups of people, notes taking, data retrieval and report development. This role will collaborate with all departments across the organization and will need to approach every interaction with positivity and openness along with a service mindset. Your ability to switch gears, prioritize independently and enthusiasm to take on new projects and technologies will serve you well in this role. No two days are the same. The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, organized, adaptable, intuitive and capable of managing multiple priorities. Someone who leverages their advanced proficiency in various types of software including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and other software services like: Tableau, Siebel Customer Relation Management, Movex Enterprise Resource Planning to provide effective and efficient support. Exercises professional and ethical judgement as work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
