Service representative for all owners and renters, and deals with each case in the appropriate manner. Administrative Assistant to General Manager and CAM Manager in the Communtiy Services Association office.
The Administrative Assistant is expected to provide a high level of customer service to residents, owners, guests, vendors, and fellow employees. Responsibilities include listening carefully to concerns, communicating respectfully, providing accurate information, following through on requests, and escalating matters to management when appropriate.
The Administrative Assistant should remain professional and courteous when handling difficult or sensitive situations and should not make commitments or interpretations of Association policies outside the authority of the position.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two or more years of administrative, office, customer service, property management, HOA, condominium association, or related experience preferred.
Previous experience working with an HOA, condominium association, community association, property management company, or similar organization is preferred.
Valid driver's license is required.
