We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support for the Liability team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office activities, preparing professional documents and presentations, managing schedules and travel arrangements, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The selected candidate will work in our Sarasota, FL corporate office and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

The salary range for this position is $22.54-$34.72 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

* Minimum of two years of administrative assistant or related administrative support experience
* Must be proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Outlook
