Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Assistant to provide administrative support to our Worker's Comp teams. You will respond to customer inquiries, schedule medical appointments, and manage information in claim files, completing tasks through to resolution.

The selected candidate will work in our mixed Sarasota, FL; Lake Mary, FL; Lawrenceville, GA; or Ridgeland, MS offices with a hybrid schedule (days in office/2 days from home).

We are seeking an organized professional for our Claim Assistant role to provide administrative support to our Worker's Comp teams. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, scheduling medical appointments, entering information in claim files, completing, and filing claim forms, and follow-through on assigned tasks until completed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer focused, has strong Outlook skills, able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and has a positive, can-do attitude.

The selected candidate will work in our Sarasota, FL Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA or Ridgeland, MS office and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule, (days in office/2 days from home).

The hourly range for this position is $18.58-$28.62. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
