The Administrative Assistant at Young Women’s Choral Projects of San Francisco supports day-to-day operations on site, assisting families, choristers, and staff during rehearsals and performances.
This part-time, non-exempt role offers Sundays 2-6 pm and Wednesdays 3-9 pm, up to 10 hours weekly, with a starting wage of $25+ per hour commensurate with experience. There are no benefits associated with this position.
The Young Women’s Choral Projects of San Francisco (YWCP) is a music education and performance organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young women through exceptional choral artistry. YWCP provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where participants from diverse socio-ethnic backgrounds develop their voices as singers, artists, and leaders. The organization emphasizes high-quality music education, collaborative choral performance, and the cultivation of essential life skills. YWCP offers six levels of musical instruction for girls and young women ages 4-18 and shares their expressive work with local, national, and international communities. Reporting to the Artistic Director and working closely with the Administrative Coordinator and other staff, the Administrative Assistant will support the operational duties as they relate to th e day-to-day functions of the organization. This position will include only on-site work.
The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, non-exempt position up to 10 hours per week. The onsite work schedule takes place on Sundays between 2:00-6:00pm and Wednesdays 3:00-9:00pm. Occasional weekend work may be required with advance notice for concerts or performances.
$25+/hour commensurate with experience. There are no benefits associated with this position.
