Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services, Ace Wrecker division, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-paced tow yard and fleet-service environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring every call, request, and task is handled with accuracy and urgency.

  • 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience (tow/transportation industry preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and use of office software.
  • Ability to learn towing/impound management systems quickly
  • Ability to communicate calmly and effectively in fast‑paced situations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Basic technology proficiency, including GPS, company software, and mobile devices.
