Job summary

Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech seeks a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the E-3 CWD program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will handle student administration, HR, security, SARM, and office operations in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities include HR actions, roster management, security coordination, access documentation, facilities coordination, and scheduling. Contingent upon award, excellent communication and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting administrative, personnel, security, student, or office-management functions in a structured operational environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to maintain accurate personnel, security, training, and administrative records.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, protect sensitive information, and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements.
  • Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Responsibilities

  • Support the 552 Training Support Squadron (TRSS) and contractor team in student administration, security, human resources, Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM), and office management
  • Serves as HR expert processing personnel actions (new hires, updates, disciplinary actions, dismissals); screens applications and arranges interviews; forwards to Air Combat Command (ACC) for hiring adjudication
  • Develop and maintain employee rosters for Headquarters (HQ) ACC, the 552 TRSS, and Detachment 6
  • Serve as the on-site security specialist and liaison; coordinate security requests, track clearance and investigation status, maintain records, and conduct required security and escort training
  • Initiate documentation for Common Access Cards, Restricted Area Badges, and special-access requests
  • Coordinate facility, telephone, and Local Area Network (LAN) work orders and maintain equipment inventory and office supplies
  • Manage academic-phase student administration, including student databases and class schedules
  • Serve as the SARM representative and track contractor flying and ground-training requirements, including Crew Resource Management (CRM), aircrew currency, and Aircrew Flight Equipment training

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
