We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office while providing exceptional administrative support.
They will have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in office tools, data entry, and Excel. Potential applicants must be organized, detail oriented, and available to work from our office in O’Fallon, Missouri; Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm. Infrequent travels to the trade shows.
